TinyRoom Workouts are created by none other than Olympic Athlete and renowned professional dancer Vanessa Marina .


Vanessa Marina is a global force in dance and fitness! A Dance graduate from Lisbon, she skyrocketed to success after moving to London, where she spent 9 years mastering her craft.
Earning top Personal Trainer certifications, she worked with prestigious institutions like the Royal Academy of Dance and powerhouse companies like Myself UK, Company B, etc.


Vanessa is unstoppable—dominating the world stage by winning major competitions, including the Redbull BC One Qualifiers, 2 Bronze medals in 2022 European Championship and 2023 WDSF World Series Porto, World Breaking Classics among others, but her greatest triumph came when she made history by competing as one of the top 16 B-girls in the world at the 2024 Paris Olympics—the ultimate stage for athletic greatness!


As the founder of Tinyroom Workouts, she’s transforming how dancers reach their physical peak, and through Bgirlsessions, she’s uplifting and empowering females worldwide.
